Returns and Exchanges


Due to the custom made nature of all orders and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping for quality assurance.

However, please immediately contact within 48 hours of receiving your order for all order related queries.

Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for faults or mistakes caused by ourselves when notified within 48 hours including weekends and public holidays.

To be eligible for a return or exchange in these cases, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we are not responsible for any custom or related fees, lost or damaged parcels during transit and incorrect shipping addresses.
